ALL STARS is a violin & keys duo that creates the ultimate fun and memorable vibe with their love for modern pop, funk and local hits. With a selection of their favourite covers, Naomi Tagg & Matthias Bakker create the ultimate feel-good South African vibe by blending skillful musicianship and slick grooves. Teaming up with NYC-based producer, David Bakker, they regularly release new material, keeping their repertoire fresh and current. This vibrant and trendy act can be found rocking the stage at a party or festival, or entertaining diverse audiences at high-end corporate functions and product launches.

All Stars have a wide range of repertoire and their performances range from laid-back jazzy lounge sets to getting the party started/rocking the dance floor with their catchy remixes. They perform as a duo or as a trio (with bongos).

ABOUT NAOMI TAGG

Internationally acclaimed violinist & composer, Naomi Tagg has performed in over 18 countries and on 3 continents, captivating audiences worldwide with her unique style and high-energy stage presence. Known for her wide-ranging styles of music, lively personality and gung-ho attitude, Naomi’s performances range from Ibiza-style lounge and pop to dance floor bangers, explosive classical crossover shows and powerful film/gaming-style performances.

Naomi has travelled the world as a solo electric violinist and with South Africa’s first female electric string quartet (formerly known as Muse SQ), performing in the Seychelles, Mauritius, Monaco, Italy, Russia, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Bahrain, Victoria Falls in Zambia, South Africa, Swaziland, Mozambique and the fjords in Norway.

She has performed for global celebrities, royalty, leading political figures and has been part of the opening acts for Sir Elton John, John Legend, Celine Dion, Michael Bolton and Soweto String Quartet.

Not shy to be in the spotlight, Naomi can also be found rocking the dance floor where she's performed alongside DJs across the world, from Cape Town to Monaco to London & Bahrain.

Noteworthy Performances

2019 has kicked off with a bang for the All Stars and they’ve performed all over South Africa as well as in the Seychelles, with stages as diverse as Samsung’s S10 launch to Lowveld’s Gin Festival - and rocking out an A-list party in Mahé!

Previously known as Naomi Tagg Duo, their highlights include Wimbledon Tennis Championships, The London Olympics Committee, African Polo Cup, SA Fashion Week, Google, J&B Met and numerous luxury brands.
