Nobantu Msweli, better known as NOBA, is a dynamic singer-songwriter whose music bridges continents and genres. Born in Mpumalanga, South Africa, and raised in Johannesburg, NOBA’s artistic journey has taken her to global stages, including Madison Square Garden and the Market Theatre. A graduate of The College of Performing Arts at The New School in the United States, she majored in Jazz & Contemporary Music with a focus on vocal performance, honing her craft and developing a sound that reflects her rich South African heritage and worldly influences.

NOBA’s music is a soulful fusion of jazz, RnB, neo-soul, and pop, blending smooth, warm vocals with captivating instrumentals. Her core values of faith, justice, and love shape not only her artistry but also the powerful messages embedded in her music. Her works, such as Love: The Challenge and her single CHOOSE U, go beyond entertainment, offering storytelling and social commentary that resonates with audiences across the globe.
